By buying or selling Gold on Kredit.Pe, you agree to the following:

• Digital Gold orders are fulfilled by our Gold partner - Augmont Goldtech Pvt Ltd. Buying, selling, storage, and delivery of Gold is managed by Augmont.

• In case of any conflict, the partner’s terms shall prevail for all gold-related services.

• Gold prices are based on live market rates defined by Augmont and are locked for a limited time during the transaction. Any delay may lead to price expiry and transaction failure.

• Gold is allocated based on live market price (defined by Augmont) and is rounded up to 4 decimal places.

• Digital gold purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order is successful.

• Purchases above a specific threshold require valid KYC

• Payment for all gold purchases should be made from your own bank account.

• Your gold is safely stored in Sequel vaults, India’s leading bullion storage company.

• Sale of gold can be done only after 48 hours of purchase. 48 hours is the standard lock-in period for all digital gold purchases to ensure security.

• Once you sell your gold, the money is sent to your bank account. You should receive it within 2 working days.

• Ensure the bank account details shared at the time of sale are accurate. Any incorrect entries may lead to failure of the transaction.

• You consent to sharing necessary details with the Gold Partner to facilitate transactions.

• Suspicious transactions may be blocked or investigated.

• Offers provided on the Kredit.Pe platform are subject to change and Kredit.Pe reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offers at any time

• You are responsible for providing accurate information, complying with all terms, and ensuring lawful use of the service.
