FD backed credit card

• This is an exclusive credit card for customers who open a FD of minimum ₹2,000 with SBM Bank
• This is not a pre-paid card. You do not spend from your FD. You spend from your credit card up to its credit limit with 50 day interest free period like other Rupay credit cards
• Your card will be active as long as your FD is active

Card Benefits

• Your Credit limit will be 90% of your FD amount
• ₹200 cashback joining bonus when you activate your card
• 3% cashback when you use your plastic card at stores
• 2% cashback exclusively on Kredit.Pe UPI
• 1% cashback on online stores
• Use your cashback to get discounts of 5%, 10% or 15% on popular vouchers such as AmazonPay, Swiggy, Zomato, Flipkart, Zepto and more
• Increase your total FD amount to ₹10,000 & get extra 20% discounts on vouchers

Eligibility criteria

• Income Proof or credit history is not required
• Indian citizen above 18 yrs of age
• Should not be a resident of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, J&K, Ladakh, Manipur, Tripura, Meghalaya, Nagaland or Sikkim

Fees & Charges

• Lifetime free - No joining or annual fees if your FD is ₹5000 or above
  • If your FD is less than ₹5000, then renewal fee of ₹199 + GST second year onwards
• Zero Card cancellation fee
  • If cancelled within first 6 months, then ₹499 + GST will be charged
• Replacement fee: ₹299+GST (If you replace your plastic card before card’s expiry)
• Interest rate: 3.5% per month (after interest free period only if bill is not paid by due date)
• FD Pre-closure charges: Bank charges of 1% ONLY on accumulated interest
• Late payment fee: 5% of the outstanding amount (Min ₹50 and Max ₹1000)
• ATM withdrawal fee: 2.5% of the amount withdrawn or Rs 100 whichever is higher
• Forex markup: 3.5%
• Fuel Surcharge: 1%

Important points

• Your cashback will be instantly credited for UPI payments.
• For all non-UPI payments, cashback will be credited within 24 hrs
• Cashback is not applicable on merchant spends of certain categories such as Rentals, Cash withdrawals, Financial institutions, Wallet top-ups, Education, Agriculture, Contractors, Transportation, Utilities, Govt institutions
